Organic wheat Flammkuchen bases
Are you looking for organically produced Flammkuchen dough? No problem! We are certified organic and our organic Flammkuchen bases offer a wonderfully thin and crispy foundation for your Flammkuchen. Our adherence with EU regulations on organic products is checked regularly and monitoring by the respective inspection board. Our organic certification number is DE-ÖKO-006.
We only make our organic Flammkuchen dough bases roughly every 14 days. We therefore do not always have them in stock. Please give us a call if you require the bases for a specific deadline. Otherwise we will dispatch them to you as quickly as possible.

OUR TIP:
Thanks to our special packaging, you can also simply take out an individual frozen Flammkuchen base.
Carefully slide your hand between the Flammkuchen bases - the layer of paper between them prevents them from sticking together. By the way, resealable bags offer the perfect medium in which to freeze smaller quantities of the dough bases.
You can store the bases for up to twelve months at -18°C. Reseal the packaging properly after use to avoid freezer burn.
