Tarte Flambée "Münster Cheese"
Ingredients for one tarte flambée:
- 1 Tarte flambée base
- Approx 100g tarte flambée crème (or alternatively crème fraiche flavored with our tarte flambée seasoning Maître Flambée Café de Strasbourg)
- Approx 150g sliced Munster cheese
- ½ red onion cut into fine rings
- Approx 50g diced bacon
- Caraway seeds to taste
- Frisch geschnittene Frühlingszwiebel zum Garnieren nach dem Backvorgang
Take a Flammkuchen base and spread it generously with about 100g of the Flammkuchen Crème or Crème fraîche seasoned with our Flammkuchen seasoning Maître Flambée Café de Strasbourg, leaving a margin of about 1 cm. Now spread the onion rings, the cheese, the caraway seeds and the bacon on the tarte flambée. Bake the tarte flambée until it is lightly browned. Fresh from the oven, garnish the tarte flambée with the spring onion. Traditionally, tarte flambée is served cut into pieces on a wooden board.
