Recipe tarte flambée Bonjour
The breakfast tarte flambée
Ingredients for one tarte flambée:
- 1 tarte flambée dough
- Approx 100g tarte flambée crème
- ½ red onions cut into fine rings
- Approx 70g breakfast bacon in thin slices
- Some mushrooms thinly sliced
- 3 Eggs
- A few cherry tomatoes cut in half for garnish after baking
- ½ avocado cut into wedges for garnish after baking
- Freshly chopped parsley to garnish after baking
Lightly fry the breakfast bacon without oil. Take a Flammkuchen base and spread it generously with about 100g of the Flammkuchen Crème or Crème fraîche seasoned with our Flammkuchen seasoning Maître Flambée Café de Strasbourg. Leave a margin of about 1 cm free. Now spread the onion rings, mushrooms and breakfast bacon on the tarte flambée. Put the raw eggs on the tarte flambée (it is also possible to prepare the eggs separately as fried eggs and put them on the tarte flambée after baking). Bake the tarte flambée until it is lightly browned. Garnish it with tomatoes, avocado slices and parsley. Traditionally, tarte flambée is served on a wooden board cut into pieces, but here we recommend adding plates and cutlery.
