"La Gustosa" by Cirio is a delicious tomato sauce made from chopped tomatoes and refined with Mediterranean vegetables and herbs. Due to its 5.5% content, the sauce blends perfectly with our Flammkuchen base and forms the basis for many new variations.
La Gustosa is ready to cook and can be distributed directly on the flame cake base and covered as desired. Already your Flammkuchen-Pizza is ready, lovingly named "Tarte Italienne" by us. Thinner, lighter, healthier than classic yeast dough pizzas.
