Fire brick pizza stone for Flammkuchen ovens

You can either lie the stone directly on the grill in your oven or on the grill of a barbecue. Allow 20 - 30 minutes for it to heat up. We recommend setting the oven to between 250 - 300°C.
The freshly garnished Flammkuchen should be baked for 3 - 6 minutes directly on the stone. This will give you a perfectly crispy Flammkuchen. The stone will of course work equally as well for pizzas.
Use our peel to slide the finished Flammkuchen in and out of the oven with ease.
